Monk Fruit Extract is freely soluble in water, and is approximately 150-250 times sweeter than sucrose, and it is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar. It is created by removing the seeds and skin of the fruit, crushing the fruit, and collecting the juice. The fruit extract, is around 200 times sweeter than sugar and contains zero calories per serving – a very small amount provides a lot of sweetness.
