We want to introduce you to our newest Customer Care Specialist, Robyn Cook, who joined the team in April! In her role, she works directly with new customers to ensure their onboarding process is smooth and efficient. Robyn also helps to process all sample requests and credit applications that cross her desk. One thing Robyn loves about her new position is that every day brings a new challenge and motivates her to learn more about the industry. Robyn graduated from Southern New Hampshire University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Game Art and Development. Outside of work, you are sure to find her immersed in the pages of a good book. We are so thankful to have Robyn as part of our team!
